1. When is the Umrah seasons in 2012 will begins?
• Insha'Allah by Mid February the visa will be open.
2. How long time do we need to secure room booking?
• It is suggested that you make your room booking early together with your flights so you will not have problems in getting rooms of your choice, Insha'Allah.
3. How can you help us with our Umrah Visa?
• All visas must b applied at the country of departure/origin* please indicate your country of departure.
• Special arrangements for Malaysia/ Singapore & Indonesia can be made available through our partnering agents.Can we make use of the same visa to visit outside Makkah & Madinah?
• Umrah visa is only to enter Jeddah/ Madinah & Makkah. Tourist visa is needed to visit other areas of KSA including Taif. We do not arrange for such visas.
4. Can you arrange for all our transfer while we are in Makkah & Madinah?
• Yes. We are able to arrange for all transfer services.
• Our services are inclusive of:

5. Will you provide us the Mutawwif to guide us to perform Umrah?
• Yes we do and the cost is already inclusive of the transfer.

7. Can we cook in the room?
• All cooking is prohibited in the room.
